Our vendors check every product before sending, if product were damaged in shipment, then customer must return the product to us / vendors as decided by ShadowZ Style and also pay return shipping charges and handling charges for replacement of product.
Customer must written apply and return the product in unused condition for refund / replacement within 21 days after payment, no claim will entertain in any manner after 21 days. If requested for refund, amount after deducting shipping charges will be refunded.
All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e.not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Or merchandise will be returned to sender.
In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
All decision of ShadowZ Style is final.
If paid by Credit Card / Debit Card, refunds will be issued to the original Credit Card / Debit Card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
If paid via direct bank transfer ( RTGS / NEFT / IMPS ); refund will be done to the bank account from which amount is transferred.
If we are unable to process your order at any circumstances, or Product does not received with in 60days, you can opt one of the below options.
1. We shall refund the full amount back to your account.
2. We shall refund the full amount back to your E-Wallet.
3. You can revise your order and purchase other items for same amount.

When we start processing an order we will send you an email where status will be updated to Processed. All cancellation request should receive us before we start processing the order. There will be a minimum time of 24 hours before we start processing an order. Cancellation request received after this will be rejected.
NB:- Cancellation request received with in 6 hours from placing of order will receive full refund. For requests received after 6 hours, 3% of total bill amount will be deducted as cancellation charge.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Non-refundable transaction charge is deducted from the credit amount.
