1. There will be unique number for each lucky draw.

2. There will be limited number of coupons for each lucky draw

3. Each lucky draw will happen only 7 days after the coupons related to that draw is sold out. This will be informed to customer via email.

4. Coupon availability status will be updated in website under “Available Coupons”.

5. Coupon number will be emailed to you with in 12 hours on purchase of coupon.

6. Cancellation of coupon can be done only before we issue the coupon number. Once coupon number is issued, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

7. Cancelled amount will be refunded to the account.

8. Winner of the lucky draw will be informed via email.

9. Prizes will be shipped to winners address by us. If under any circumstances, we ware not able to ship the prize, the equivalent amount will be credited to your account.

10. Local tax/Customs duty if any should be bared by customer during delivery.

11. If lucky draw is cancelled under any circumstances, amount of all coupons will be delivered to their respective accounts.

12. All decisions related to lucky draw is finalised by ShadowZ Style.

All decision of ShadowZ Style is final.
