Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

www.shadowzstyle.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.shadowzstyle.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Welcome! We offer all kinds of the Oakley products and mainly are shipped via Express Mail Service. Enjoy free shipping . Please make sure your items, shipping address and recipient name and we are not responsible for your lost shipment.

Cancel Order Policy

Return Policy

If you want to return your item, please contact our customer service team when you received them. Please provide your name and order ID when contacting our customer service. All return items must keep their original condition. Not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached, and you have to pay the return fee, shipping costs, restocking fee.

In order to ensure your benefit, please make sure your order information. Have any questions,please contact us freely.

Exchange Policy

Please contact us with your name and order ID when you want to exchange different size or colour . If you want to exchange other styles, you have to pay price spread. You also must contact our customer service team, they will help you. All exchange products, must keep their original condition. Not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Need pay restocking fee, twice shipping fee.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship with International EMS Speed Post (India Post) / International Air Parcels (India Post).

1. Shipping not available to few remote locations.

2. Shipping weight per order should be up to 2000g ( 2Kg ) for international shipping.

NB: If weight exceeds 2 kg, it will be split into multiple orders of 2000g ( 2kg ) each before shipping.

Estimated delivery time for international shipping is 5 to 25 days based on location.
